What IDSafeChoice will do for you:

If you suspect your identity has been stolen, one phone call to First Fed will put you in touch with a certified Advocate from Identity Safeguards. Your Advocate will provide a complete assessment of the case and a specific Recovery Plan within 72 hours, and continue to work on your behalf until all suspect events have been resolved. Identity Safeguards does all of the legwork for you.

IDSafeChoice provides:

• Toll Free Victim Hotline to report a problem
• Assignment of a recovery advocate within 24 business hours, and immediate action to stop the damage
• Online or overnight delivery of a personalized Damage Assessment/Recovery Plan, within 48 hours
• Recovery Plan activated by an assigned Recovery Advocate within 72 hours

Three credit reports are reviewed with you. Fraud alerts are posted at all three credit bureaus. Your rights as a victim are explained. A Recovery plan is developed and documented for your review. Your Recovery Advocate contacts and works with all agencies, financial institutions and companies affected. Your Recovery Advocate completes and files all forms and follows up to make sure fraudulent activity is corrected. Your Recovery Advocate will contact you at 30, 60 and 90 days after the case is closed to determine if there are any additional problems.
