Easy2Switch Kit – Let's Begin

To begin, we recommend you review the Easy2Switch Checklist. This checklist is designed to assist you in determining which forms and documents you need to switch your accounts to First Federal.    

 

The Easy2Switch Kit below may be downloaded in its entirety, or you may choose to download forms that are specific to your needs. For your convenience, you are able to complete these forms online. Once you have completed the forms, print them, and either bring or mail the forms to any branch of First Federal, and we'll take care of the rest. It's that easy!

This form identifies what information we need to open your account. We will need either a driver's license or another type of government-issued identification, your Social Security number, and an opening deposit.

 

NOTE: Each person signing on the account will need to complete this form and provide identification.

Once signed, this form provides your authorization to your former bank to close the accounts listed on the form. This form also instructs your former bank where to send the funds once your account(s) has been closed.

NOTE: Please review the 'Helpful Hints' located at the
bottom of the form.

 

  Click here to download the Payroll Direct Deposit Request form.
  Once signed, this form provides authorization, information and instructions to your place of employment regarding your payroll direct deposit. A voided check from your new account at First Federal may be required.

  Once signed, this form provides authorization, information and instructions to an entity/company to begin depositing funds into the account(s) you specify. A voided check from your new account at First Federal may be required.

  Use this helpful checklist to list the online payments you currently have or would like to set up. Be sure to include addresses and account numbers. Make certain to cancel your online bill payments from your former account once you have them set up with our FREE Web Bill Pay. Also, if you have automatic transfers and/or payments set up online through your former bank, jot them down here as well and cancel them once you begin using our FREE internet banking and FREE Web Bill Pay.
