MyCardStatement.com — for the most up-to-date information about your First Federal Visa Credit Card!

MyCardStatement.com is a safe, secure and a free service provided by First Federal for our customers who have a First Federal Visa Credit Card.

Once enrolled, you can view your most current transactions and up to 18 months of past statements as well. In addition, you can create and generate transaction and spending reports, locate specific transactions, and set specific alerts and/or notifications.

Here's how:

First, you must enroll. To enroll, you must provide the following requested information about the Primary Cardholder on your credit card account. The Primary Cardholder is the person whose name appears first on your billing statement. You will be asked for:

• credit card number (with no dashes or spaces)
• name of primary cardholder
• last 4 digits of your home phone number
• last 4 digits of your social security number
• first 5 digits of your zip code
• mother's maiden name
• card expiration date (mm/yy; ex. 10/09)

Because of MyCardStatement.com's Advanced Authentication security feature, you will be prompted to choose an image, a caption, and four challenge questions to establish your personalized security settings.
