Dr. Larry Swanson, our featured speaker, is the Director of the O'Conner Center for the Rocky Mountain West at the University of Montana. Dr. Swanson extensively researches the changing economy of the Rocky Mountain West and how the changes play out in communities and sub-regions throughout the region.
