Inactive accounts: A service charge will be assessed on inactive accounts with a balance of less than $50.00. The service charge will be $5.00 per month. Checking, MMDA, Medical Savings, and Health Savings accounts will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions on the account for 396 days. All savings accounts will be considered inactive if there have been no transactions on the account for three (3) years. 

Applies to overdrafts "created by check, in-person withdrawals, ATM withdrawals, or other electronic means" as applicable.
