Our Easy2Switch Business Kit contains the forms necessary to close your account(s) with your former bank and to change your direct deposits, automatic payments and/or withdrawals. Everything you need is right here!

Here's how:

  1. First, download our Easy2Switch Business Kit.
    Download the entire kit or just the forms you need. You can even complete them online and then print them off.

  2. Complete the necessary forms.
    Bring in or mail the forms to any First Federal Branch and we'll take care of the rest.

  3. Open an account at any First Federal Branch. We have eleven convenient locations serving the Magic Valley and Mini-Cassia areas.

  4. Stop actively using your former account.
    As soon as possible, stop writing checks, initiating payments, or using your ATM card.

Easy2Switch Forms

To begin, we recommend you review the Easy2Switch Business Checklist. This checklist is designed to assist you in determining which forms and documents you need to switch your accounts to First Federal.

The Easy2Switch Business Kit below may be downloaded in its entirety. For your convenience, you are able to complete these forms online. Once you have completed the forms, print them, and either bring in or mail the forms to any branch of First Federal, and we'll take care of the rest. It's that easy!

    • Business Account Information
      This form identifies what information we need to open your account. We will need the business TIN/EIN, a copy of the documentation of your business's form of organization (i.e. corporation, partnership, LLC, etc.), and an opening deposit. Should you have any questions, please click here to contact First Federal's Business Banking Department.

    • Business Signer Profile
      This form identifies what information we need to open your account. We will need either a driver's license or another type of government-issued identification. If you are not visiting a First Federal Business Banker in person, please attach a readable copy of your identification card.

                   


    • Automatic Deposit Change Notification
      Once signed, this form provides authorization, information and instructions to an entity/company to begin depositing funds into the account(s) you specify. Please note that the originator of this deposit may require you to use a proprietary form rather than this one. A voided check from your new account at First Federal also may be required.

    • Automatic Payment Change Notification
      Once signed, this form provides authorization, information and instructions to an entity/company to begin withdrawing funds from the account(s) you specify. Please note that the originator of this deposit may require you to use a proprietary form rather than this one.

    • Automatic Closing Notification
      Once signed, this form provides authorization to your former bank to close the account(s) listed on the form. This form also instructs your former bank where to send the funds once your account(s) has been closed.

                    


    • Loan Information Request
      Need a loan and don't know who to contact? Complete this worksheet and drop it by or mail it to any of our convenient locations. We will contact you following your instructions as shown on this form.
